表皮生长因子受体(EGFR)是一种在某些细胞膜表面表达的170kDa糖蛋白。其过表达与卵巢癌不良预后及病变恶化一致。50%卵巢癌有EGFR水平升高。雄激素受体(AR)是一种110kDa的甾体激素受体。在80%肿瘤中有表达。雄激素通过AR发生的内部反应在卵巢癌发病中起重要作用。它可使正常卵巢表皮增生,也可增加EGFR水平。
Epidermal growth factor receptor (EGFR) is a 170 kDa glycoprotein that is expressed on the surface of certain cell membranes. Its overexpression is consistent with poor prognosis and pathological changes of ovarian cancer. 50% of ovarian cancer have elevated EGFR levels. Androgen receptor (AR) is a 110 kDa steroid hormone receptor. Expressed in 80% of tumors. The internal response of androgens to AR plays an important role in the pathogenesis of ovarian cancer. It can make the normal ovarian epidermal hyperplasia, but also increase the level of EGFR.
