眼睑恶性肿瘤,放疗易伤及眼球、泪器。施行手术可挽救病人生命,保住眼球及视功能,但术后可造成眼睑缺损,如何修复报道颇多,尚无一致的意见。笔者近年来采用上下睑分层互补治疗缺损,效果满意,报道如下。1 临床资料1.1病例:眼睑恶性肿瘤男4例,女1例;年龄46～82岁。右眼3例,左眼2例。下睑4例,上睑1例。均为基底细胞癌及黑色细胞瘤。1.2手术方法:局都浸润麻醉。沿病变外2～3mm彻底切除肿物。将供侧眼睑缘3～4mm切下睫毛(保留
