国有企业全面建立现代化企业制度已成为各界的共识,改制已成为国有企业改革的方向。仙游市电机总厂也适时乘上了改制的大船,在新的历史时期扬帆远航。作为福建省50家改制的示范企业、莆田市两家中的一家,在改制两年后的今天,叶羽经董事长表示,通过改制,企业的操作更加灵活,职工的积极性调动起来了,今年1～9月产值比去年同期增长20％以上就是最好的佐证。
