经济发展方式的转变,必然对资源配置方式及配置效率提出更高的要求。产业结构优化是推动产业结构合理化和高级化发展的过程,是一个国家或地区实现经济稳定、快速发展的基础,也是经济转型的根本任务。在经济转型和产业结构理论指导下,以广西、广东“十一五”期间三次产业对GDP构成数据为基础,分别测算两省的产业结构变动K值和moore值,然后对广西产业结构现状进行分析,针对分析所揭示的问题,结合广西“十二五”规划的经济发展目标,提出广西优化产业结构的思路和对策。 The transformation of the mode of economic development inevitably places higher demands on the allocation of resources and the efficiency of allocation. Under the guidance of economic restructuring and industrial structure theory, based on the data of three industries in Guangxi and Guangdong during the “Eleventh Five-Year Plan” period, the K value and moore value of the industrial structure changes in the two provinces are respectively measured, and then the industrial structure of Guangxi Based on the analysis of the revealed problems and the economic development goals of Guangxi’s “Twelfth Five-Year Plan”, this paper puts forward the ideas and countermeasures of Guangxi’s optimization of industrial structure.
