出版市场的竞争日益激烈 ,技术和人才的作用日益突出 ,使人们认识到编辑人才是出版业生存和发展的第一资源 ,创新型编辑人才更是构成出版社核心竞争力的关键因素。人才潜力的发挥和积极性的调动显然又需要科学、合理、有效、公平的激励机制的建立。创新型编辑人才的激励应该从能位对应、动态、动力与公平等原则出发 ,从情感上和政策制度上为创新型编辑人才作用的发挥实行有效的激励 ,实现编辑人才与出版社目标、发展与收益的统一。
