目的 :观察慢性支气管炎大鼠肺一氧化氮 (NO)、丙二醛 (MDA)含量的变化及黄芩的作用。方法 :支气管内滴细菌脂多糖两次并烟熏 2 8d复制慢性支气管炎动物模型 ,用或不用黄芩治疗后测肺组织匀浆中NO、MDA含量与肺泡灌洗液中NO含量。结果 :慢性支气管炎大鼠肺组织匀浆NO含量降低 ,MDA含量增加 ,黄芩预防组大鼠肺组织匀浆NO含量增加 ,MDA含量降低。结论 :黄芩对慢性支气管炎大鼠有抗氧化作用。
Objective : To observe the change of nitric oxide (NO) and malondialdehyde (MDA) content in the lung of rats with chronic bronchitis and the effect of jaundice. METHODS: Bacterial lipopolysaccharide was instilled into the bronchus twice and smoked for 28 days to replicate an animal model of chronic bronchitis. NO and MDA levels in lung tissue homogenates and NO levels in alveolar lavage fluid were measured after treatment with or without jaundice. Results: The content of NO in lung homogenate decreased and the content of MDA increased in rats with chronic bronchitis. The content of NO in lung homogenate was increased and the content of MDA was decreased in Astragalus prophylaxis rats. Conclusion: Astragalus has anti-oxidation effect on rats with chronic bronchitis.
