四、糖氮代谢及氮磷钾吸收积累特点冀84—5418与冀麦26号、冀麦24号比较,冀84—5418旗叶中较多可溶性积累发生较晚,茎鞘中可溶性糖较少,较多糖分运储到籽粒中;后期旗叶及茎鞘中氮素衰减较慢;旗叶、茎鞘中糖氮比较低而穗部糖氮比较高。这些糖氮代谢特点有利于光合作用、物质运转和产量形成。供水、施肥对不同生育阶段的糖氮代谢均有影响,且与用肥总量及肥料搭配有关。 1、糖氮代谢特点 (1) 可溶性糖。小麦植株中可溶性糖是一种临时性贮存的光合产物。冀84—5418旗叶中可溶性糖的较多积累出现在灌浆较晚阶段,介于冀麦26(较早)和冀麦24(较低)之间。旗叶鞘及穗下节间可溶性糖低于上述二品种,表现出向穗粒运转的较快。少水处理在灌浆盛期有较多可溶性糖滞留在叶茎鞘
