大鼠暴露在干球温度38℃、湿球温度31℃的高温仓中受热。当体温达到40℃以上时,某些过热大鼠的末梢血可以出现碎核细胞。末梢血碎核细胞的数量随着体温的升高而增多。末梢血检出碎核细胞时,就同时可以观察到不可逆性的肝细胞损伤。因末梢血碎核细胞的数量与肝静脉和肝窦壁碎核细胞在数量上有密切关系,因此,末梢血碎核细胞的数量程度可以反映肝细胞损伤的程度。
