以非溶剂调控铸膜液通过非溶剂致相分离(NIPS)法制备出具有海绵结构的聚醚砜超滤膜。主要研究水、异丙醇、丙三醇和聚乙二醇等几种非溶剂对超滤膜结构的影响,考察膜结构对凝固浴的依赖性,通过扫描电子显微镜对膜的断面结构进行表征。结果表明:膜截面结构随着铸膜液中铸膜液状态的变化而变化,当铸膜液处于分相临界点(浊点)附近状态,膜截面指状孔逐渐消失,最终得到纯海绵状结构,并探索出NIPS法制备海绵状结构超滤膜的工艺条件。
The polyether sulfone ultrafiltration membrane with sponge structure was prepared by non-solvent induced phase separation (NIPS) method. The effects of water, isopropanol, glycerol and polyethylene glycol on the structure of ultrafiltration membranes were investigated. The dependence of the membrane structure on the coagulation bath was investigated. The cross-sectional structure of the membrane was characterized by scanning electron microscopy. The results show that the cross-sectional structure of the film changes with the state of the casting solution in the casting solution. When the casting solution is in the vicinity of the critical point of the phase separation (cloud point), the finger-like pores in the film section gradually disappear and finally the pure sponge Structure, and explore the NIPS method for the preparation of sponge-like structure of ultrafiltration membrane process conditions.
