推行素质教育.教师的素质是关键。一所幼儿园的活力最终是通过每一位教师的活力体现的。以往教师常常会不自觉地从方便自己出发,要幼儿适应教师的方法,而忽略从幼儿自身发展规律出发去考虑教育的有效方法。首先,园长要将教改的着力点放在如何使现进得教育观念转化为教师的教育行为,最终有效的落实在幼儿身上。我们认为,教师教育观念内化并产生相应的教育行为,是当前师资队伍建设中的一个薄弱点,也是我园幼儿教养、课题研究成败的关键。因此,我们需要寻找一种更有利于教师自我发展的新方法,使教师教育行为作为自我完善的需要。我们认为最有效的措施是:变“园长要我
Promote quality education. The quality of teachers is the key. The vitality of a kindergarten is ultimately manifested by the vitality of every teacher. In the past, teachers often unconsciously set off from their own convenience to adapt young children to teachers’ methods while neglecting effective methods of considering education from their own developmental laws. First of all, the director should put the focus of educational reform on how to make the concept of present-day education transformed into the educational behavior of teachers and eventually implement it effectively in young children.
