目的 :为探讨中药促神经生长的分子机理提供实验依据。方法 :采用 dd-PCR方法 ,从体外培养大鼠背根神经节细胞加中药组和不加中药组中获得两者的差异表达片段 ,并克隆测序分析。结果 :获得 7个差异条带 ,其中 2个条带的 c DNA序列分别与酪氨酸磷酸酶受体 ( PTPR) m RNA、促生长素抑制素受体 ( SSTR) m RNA的序列部分同源。结论 :在中药促神经生长过程中 ,神经元基因具有选择性表达的变化
Objective : To provide experimental basis for exploring the molecular mechanism of nerve growth promoted by Chinese herbs. METHODS: The dd-PCR method was used to obtain the differentially expressed fragments from the rat dorsal root ganglion cells plus the Chinese medicine group and without the Chinese medicine group in vitro, and cloned and sequenced. RESULTS: Seven differential bands were obtained, in which the c-sequences of the two bands were homologous to the tyrosine phosphatase receptor (PTPR) m RNA and the somatostatin receptor (SSTR) m RNA sequences, respectively. . Conclusion : The selective expression of neurons in the process of nerve growth in traditional Chinese medicine
