本文报告 1994～ 1998年经活检证实的 RVT病例35例 ,男 16例 ,女 19例 ,平均年龄 6 7.5岁。拟行经肛门切除术 (TAE)前 ,行 EUS检查。扫描频率 7～ 10MHZ。肠壁按 5层结构扫描、分析。EUS分期 :u T0 :病变局限于粘膜层。 u T1:病变侵及粘膜下层。u T2 :病变侵及肌层 ,但未穿透肠
This article reports 35 cases of RVT confirmed by biopsy from 1994 to 1998, including 16 males and 19 females, with an average age of 67.5 years. The EUS examination was performed before the anal resection (TAE). Scan frequency 7 ~ 10MHZ. The intestinal wall was scanned and analyzed with a 5-layer structure. EUS staging : u T0 : lesions are confined to the mucosal layer. u T1: The lesion invades the submucosa. u T2: lesions invade the muscular layer but do not penetrate the intestines
