探讨胰岛素样生长因子(IGFs)在妇科恶性肿瘤发生发展中的重要作用。IGFs与其受体(IGF-R)及结合蛋白(IGFBPs)组成IGFs系统,参与肿瘤细胞凋亡的调控及恶性肿瘤的发生发展。IGFs在妇科恶性肿瘤患者血清中的浓度及癌组织中的表达水平升高,且受IGF-R及IGFBPs的调控。IGFs是促进肿瘤生长的重要因子之一,在妇科肿瘤诊断、肿瘤发生预测、肿瘤预后与疗效判断及肿瘤治疗方面具有重要意义。 To investigate the important role of insulin-like growth factor (IGFs) in the development of gynecologic malignancies. IGFs and their receptors (IGF-R) and binding proteins (IGFBPs) constitute IGFs system, involved in the regulation of apoptosis of tumor cells and the occurrence and development of malignant tumors. The concentration of IGFs in the serum of patients with gynecologic malignancies and the expression level in cancer tissues are increased, and are regulated by IGF-R and IGFBPs. IGFs is one of the important factors to promote tumor growth, which is of great significance in the diagnosis of gynecological tumors, the prediction of tumor occurrence, the prognosis of tumor, the judgment of curative effect and the treatment of tumors.
