为了培训节材工作人员,更有效地推动节材工作的深入开展,国家计委于1991年8月27日～31日,在烟台召开了《工业节材管理技术基础》教材审阅会。来自黑龙江、天津、江苏、陕西,重庆节能中心及天津、山东、长春经委;上海、青岛节材办;天津大学、清华大学、西安交大;天津科协;国家计委技经所、机械科学研究院东方电机厂等单位二十余名专家、教授及负责节材工作的领导干部出席了会议,对教材的培训对象、培训时间、内容与章节等进行了讨论与审阅,并提出了修改意见。国家计委资源节约和综合利
In order to train the material-saving staff and more effectively promote the in-depth development of the materials-saving work, the State Development Planning Commission held a review meeting for teaching materials on “Technical basis for industrial materials management” in Yantai from August 27 to 31, 1991.
