本文根据球铁凝固过程中的体积变化及糊状凝固特性,观察并分析了圆柱体球铁冒口补缩后形成的缩孔特征。在我厂一车间试验并应用了一种新型冒口——瓶式冒口。对于中等重量的铸件,瓶式冒口补缩效果好,铸件致密。使用瓶式冒口后,工艺成品率提高了6％以上,并初步提出了瓶式冒口的设计方法,可供设计时参考。
In this paper, according to the volume change during the solidification of the ductile iron and the characteristics of pasty solidification, the characteristics of the shrinkage cavity formed after the filler of the ductile iron of the cylindrical body is compensated are observed and analyzed.
