本文根据球铁凝固过程中的体积变化及糊状凝固特性,观察并分析了圆柱体球铁冒口补缩后形成的缩孔特征。在我厂一车间试验并应用了一种新型冒口——瓶式冒口。对于中等重量的铸件,瓶式冒口补缩效果好,铸件致密。使用瓶式冒口后,工艺成品率提高了6%以上,并初步提出了瓶式冒口的设计方法,可供设计时参考。
