目的建立了基于仿生嗅觉技术的枳壳气味指纹图谱鉴别方法,为枳壳质量控制提供参考。方法采用仿生嗅觉系统电子鼻(PEN3)检测不同产地枳壳气味信息,用线性判别分析(LDA)进行气味指纹图谱构建与分析,采用MATLAB 2013实现鉴别仿真。结果不同产地枳壳气味指纹图谱的整体“相貌”是相似,但各自的特征指纹峰值有明显差异。建立的枳壳气味指纹图谱可实现对不同产地枳壳的已知样品和未知样品96%的准确分类。结论该方法操作简单、重复性好、检测速度快,建立的枳壳气味指纹图谱可为其质量控制提供方法。
Objective To establish a fingerprint identification method of Fructus Aurantii based on the biomimetic olfaction technology, and provide a reference for the quality control of Fructus Aurantii. Methods Odor information of Fructus Aurantii from different habitats was detected by the electronic nose (PEN3) of bionic olfactory system. Odor fingerprint was constructed and analyzed by linear discriminant analysis (LDA). Results The whole “fingerprint” of the fingerprint of Fructus Aurantii in different habitats was similar, but there were significant differences in the fingerprint peaks of their respective features. The established Fructus Aurantii fingerprint can achieve 96% accurate classification of known and unknown samples of Fructus Aurantii from different habitats. Conclusion The method is simple, reproducible and rapid in detection. The established fingerprint of Fructus Aurantii can provide a method for its quality control.
