预制方桩锤击沉桩施工过程中,往往以“标高控制为主,贯入度控制为辅”作为收锤标控制标准。然而实际施工时,往往过于强调控制沉桩桩端标高和桩长,致使桩头打裂、桩身打断的情况较多,给工程造成不必要的损失。结合实际工程,根据海力(Hiley)公式推导出贯入度的计算公式,对贯入度进行了动力计算,计算结果有效指导了实际工程施工。
Precast square pile hammer pile sinking pile construction process, often with “elevation control, supplemented penetration control ” as the closing hammer standard control. However, in actual construction, it is often too much to control the elevation and pile length of the pile sinking, resulting in more splitting of the pile head and more breakage of the pile body, resulting in unnecessary losses to the project. Combined with the actual project, according to the Hiley formula, the calculation formula of penetration degree is derived, and the penetration degree is calculated. The calculation result effectively guides the actual construction.
