针对深水压井的特点,综合考虑多种因素给出了计算深水动力压井法的最大最小排量计算公式,详细研究了深水各种因素对动力压井排量的影响。结果表明:节流管线长度对压井排量的影响非常大,节流管线长度越长初始压井排量越大;节流管线的内径是影响节流管线摩阻的关键因素,内径越大所需排量越大;井径越小,动力压井效果越好。当井径大于25 cm后,井径尺寸的变化对初始压井排量影响微弱;不压漏地层的前提下,压井液密度越高,所需的压井排量越小;溢流量越多,所需压井排量越大,在本文条件下当溢流量超过8 m3时,动力压井无论多大流量都不能完成压井操作。
According to the characteristics of deepwater well, the calculation formula of maximum and minimum displacement for calculating deepwater well killing method is given considering various factors. Under the premise of no pressure loss and formation formation, the higher the killing fluid density, the smaller the required well displacement; More, the greater the required well displacement, under the conditions of this article when the overflow volume exceeds 8 m3, the dynamic pressure well can not complete the well killing operation no matter what the flow rate.
