郭蘭香是吉林省實驗完小一年級教師。從僞滿‘國民高等學校’畢業後,一直幹了七年教育工作。七年的時間不算短,但她始終沒有像现在這樣來熱愛自己的工作。吉林解放後,新社會的偉大變革,黨和人民政府的正確領導,伴随她的進步,使她主人翁的感覺越來越明確和鞏固。她看到了幸福社會的遠景,就更加重視培養新生力量的工作,因此,她决不單憑工作熱情來對待教學,她所重視的是政治思想與業務理論的提高。她認爲教育工作决不是立桿見影的事,兒童知識的獲得,是由簡到繁循序漸進的過程。對兒童的觀察了解進而考查分析,是她對低年級兒童進行教育比較突出而成功的經驗。譬如一九五一年春開學時,她被分配爲一年級五班級任。她首先從報名冊上對這些生疏的孩子們進行了解,知道在五十名兒童中,除四名工人子弟外,其餘都是各
