血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)是特异的有丝分裂素,除有促进内皮细胞增生、转移、增加血管通透性和血管生成的作用外,微血管造影证实VEGF可促进侧枝血管的形成。人重组VEGF和VEGF转基因治疗促进缺血模型的治疗性血管生成。VEGF基因还成功地用于严重下肢缺血病人的转基因治疗。
Vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) is a specific mitogen, in addition to promote endothelial cell proliferation, metastasis, increase vascular permeability and angiogenesis, microvascular angiography confirmed that VEGF can promote the formation of collateral vessels. Human recombinant VEGF and VEGF transgenic treatments promote therapeutic angiogenesis in the ischemic model. The VEGF gene has also been successfully used in the treatment of patients with severe lower extremity ischemia.
