本文对 Cu/Cu(Ⅱ)—EDTA 体系沉积铜的均相前置解离反应作了研究,结果:1 解离反应的模式是:Cu(OH)EDTA~(3-)CuEDTA~(2-)+OH~-2 解离反应的速度常数是1.0×10~5秒~(-1),Cu(OH)EDTA~(3-)的扩散系数是7.5×10~(-6)厘米~2。秒~(-1)3 均相前置解离反应和反应粒子的扩散作用共同对液相传质过程产生影响
In this paper, the homogeneous pre-dissociation reaction of Cu in Cu / Cu (Ⅱ) -EDTA system was studied. The results show that the mode of dissociation reaction is Cu (OH) EDTA ~ (3-) CuEDTA ~ ) + OH ~ -2 dissociation reaction is 1.0 × 10 ~ 5sec -1, and the diffusion coefficient of Cu (OH) EDTA ~ (3-) is 7.5 × 10 ~ (-6) cm ~ 2 . The second ~ (-1) 3 homogeneous pre-dissociation reaction and the diffusion of reactive particles all have an impact on the mass transfer process
