【摘 要】
：
患者男,35岁.因上腹部反复疼痛伴恶心、呕吐2个月入院.患者因醉酒后出现上腹部阵发性疼痛,伴恶心、呕吐.在当地医院住院检查,B超示肝、胆、胰无异常,胃镜提示胃窦部充血糜烂,十二指肠球部轻度充血未见溃疡.经抑酸、抗炎治疗上腹部疼痛未见明显缓解.第3天上腹部CT扫描发现胰腺肿胀,血淀粉酶增高,以急性胰腺炎治疗加用生长抑素后半个月好转出院.恢复正常饮食后不久再次出现腹痛,同上治疗仍然无法正常饮食,2个月
