目的分析该院2009-2011年抗菌药物不良反应(ADR)的发生和分布情况。方法对该院抗菌药物ADR报告102例按性别年龄分布、抗菌药物种类、ADR临床表现、给药途径等进行回顾性统计分析,并分析其发展趋势。结果 102例抗菌药物ADR报告中涉及的抗菌药物有9大类,29个品种;其中,头孢菌素类居首位,其次是喹诺酮类;以静脉给药为主;主要ADR损害为皮肤及其附件损害、全身性损害、消化系统损害等。结论医疗机构必须加强对抗菌药物的管理及其ADR的监测,以减少或避免ADR的发生,提高抗菌药物的合理应用。
Objective To analyze the occurrence and distribution of antimicrobial adverse reactions (ADR) in this hospital from 2009 to 2011. Methods A total of 102 cases of ADR reported by the hospital were retrospectively analyzed on the basis of sex and age distribution, types of antimicrobial agents, clinical manifestations and administration routes of ADR, and their development trends were analyzed. Results There were 9 categories and 29 varieties of antimicrobial agents involved in the ADRs of 102 cases of antibiotics. Among them, cephalosporins ranked first, quinolones followed by intravenous administration, and the main ADR lesions were skin and its Attachment damage, generalized damage, digestive system damage and the like. Conclusion Medical institutions must strengthen the management of antimicrobial drugs and their ADR monitoring to reduce or avoid the occurrence of ADR and improve the rational use of antimicrobial agents.
