作为第26届世界大学生运动会的开幕式体育场,深圳湾体育中心在设计之初,便因其方案的新颖奇特,备受关注。体育中心屋盖部分采用了“建筑结构一体化”的设计手法以及“一场两馆一体化”的设计理念,建筑的复杂曲面造型和紧凑化的设计决定了结构的复杂性。体育中心钢结构屋盖为超大跨度空间结构,平面尺度约530m×240m,由单层网壳、双层曲面网架及竖向支撑系统构成。单层网壳为复杂的空间曲面网格结构,采用箱形弯扭构件编织而成的四边形网格构成。竖向支撑系统包括支撑网壳的31棵树形柱、支撑网架的V形柱、观景桥立柱和下沉广场西立面幕墙柱。介绍了钢结构屋盖的结构体系组成特点,回顾了屋盖钢结构方案设计的全过程。
As the stadium for the opening ceremony of the 26th World University Games, the Shenzhen Bay Sports Center has drawn much attention for its novel and unique design at the beginning of its design. The sports center roof part adopts the design method of “building structure integration ” and the design concept of “a two-hall integration ”, and the complex shape of the building and the compact design determine the complexity of the structure. The steel structure roof of Sports Center is a large-span space structure with a plane scale of about 530m × 240m and is composed of a single-layer reticulated shell, a double-layer curved surface grid and a vertical support system. The single-layer reticulated shell is a complex space-curved lattice structure, which is formed by a quadrilateral grid braided by a box-shaped bending and torsion member. The vertical support system consists of 31 tree-shaped columns that support the reticulated shell, V-shaped columns that support the lattice, observation bridge columns, and sunken square west facade curtain wall columns. The structural characteristics of the structural steel roof are introduced. The whole process of roof steel structure design is reviewed.
