对96例心衰患者,单用硝苯吡啶或合用利尿剂治疗,并与病情相同用常规治疗的88例相对比,两者总有效率分别为93.7％及63.6％(P<0.05),认为本药在心衰的治疗上有一定的作用,但对低血压及心动过速者应慎用或禁用。
In 96 patients with heart failure treated with nifedipine alone or in combination with diuretics, the total effective rates were 93.7% and 63.6% (P <0.05), respectively, compared with 88 cases treated with conventional therapy. The drug in the treatment of heart failure have a role, but for hypotensive and tachycardia should be used with caution or disabled.
