在18条实验性冠脉狭窄犬上,冠脉内恒流灌注硝基甘油(0.5μg/kg/min)后,冠脉血流量(CBF)增加,远湍小动脉压(DCP)、冠脉血管总阻力(R_T)、小冠脉血管阻力(R_5)以及冠状窦低切血粘(η_b)减小;而主动脉压和心率无明显变化。恒流灌注硝基甘油(1μg/kg/min)后,在开始5min内冠脉循环的变化同上,且有大冠脉血管阻力(R_L)的减少,10min后出现CBF的减少和R_T、R_L及η_b的增加。结果提示,硝基甘油有缓解心肌缺血和加重心肌缺血的二种作用,其作用可能与其剂量和扩张远端小动脉压的程度有关。
Coronary flow (CBF), distal turbulent arterial pressure (DCP), coronary artery The total vascular resistance (R_T), small coronary vascular resistance (R_5) and coronary sinus low tack blood viscosity (η_b) decreased; while the aortic pressure and heart rate did not change significantly. Coronary circulation changes within 5 min after constant current perfusion of nitroglycerin (1 μg / kg / min), with decreased coronary vascular resistance (R_L), reduced CBF and R_T, R_L and η_b increase. The results suggest that nitroglycerin can relieve myocardial ischemia and aggravate myocardial ischemia in two ways, its role may be related to its dose and extent of dilatation of distal arterioles.
