文章简述了１９４９ 年以来中国（ 不含港、澳、台） 滚动轴承工业和科技发展的历史，包括计划经济和市场经济两个时期及各时期不同的发展阶段。对其间存在的问题，包括发展模式、工业规模等进行了研究，并提出了作者的一些个人看法。
The article outlines the history of the industrial and technological development of rolling bearings in China (excluding Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan) since 1949, including two stages of planned economy and market economy and different stages of development in each period. The existing problems, including the mode of development, industrial scale and so on were studied and put forward some personal opinions of the author.
