介绍用PC总线工业控制机和APC定位控制模型实现的板材自动定位剪切控制系统,速度环路较好地解决了电机的静阻力矩问题,定位过程中减速停车采用了直线减速,改善了停车特性。该系统于1994年在太钢投入使用,剪切精度为±1mm,取得了较好的经济效益。
This paper introduces the automatic positioning and cutting control system of sheet metal with PC bus industrial controller and APC positioning control model. The speed loop solves the problem of static resistance moment of the motor well, and adopts linear deceleration to reduce the parking during positioning characteristic. The system was put into use in TISCO in 1994, the cutting accuracy of ± 1mm, and achieved good economic benefits.
