针对水下焊接焊缝质量差等问题,研制了一种用于水下局部干法焊接的旋转电弧传感器来改善水下焊接质量。运用流体力学仿真软件对传感器排水罩的排水效果进行了流场模拟,验证了排水罩结构设计的可行性。焊接实验证明,所设计的局部干法焊旋转电弧传感器改善了水下焊接的质量。
In view of the poor quality of underwater welding seam, a rotating arc sensor for underwater dry welding is developed to improve underwater welding quality. The flow field simulation of the drainage effect of the sensor drain hood was carried out by using the fluid dynamics simulation software to verify the feasibility of the drainage hood structure design. Welding experiments show that the design of the local dry-welding rotary arc sensor to improve the quality of underwater welding.
