“进谏”,是秘书人员履行“参谋”职责极为重要的行为,旨在帮助领导正确把握客观事物的本质,避免决策失误和正确决策的错误执行。古今中外的许多秘书往往都是通过“进谏”而发挥了较好的“参谋”作用。“进谏”涉及的问题广泛而又复杂,在这里笔者仅就进谏言语环境这一侧面做些粗浅的探讨。 The “remonstrance” is an extremely important act for the secretary personnel to perform the duties of “staff officer” and aims at helping the leadership grasp the essence of objective things correctly and avoid mistakes in decision-making and incorrect decision-making. Many secretaries at all times and in all countries often play a better “staff officer” role through “remonstration”. The problems involved in the “remonstrance” are extensive and complex, and here the author only makes some superficial discussions on this aspect of admonishing verbal environment.
