骨性Ⅲ类错的早期矫治新方法

目的:研究铸造连冠式磁力功能矫治器对早期骨性Ⅲ类错合的矫治效果。方法:治疗组选择骨性反颌病例16例(其中男7例、女9例,年龄8~12岁,平均10.3岁),均戴铸造连冠式磁力功能矫治器5~8个月(平均6.5个月);对照组选择16例前来就诊,仅有轻度Ⅲ类面型,咬合关系Ⅰ类,但是不需要处理,随诊观察的患者。拍前后头颅侧位片,比较分析。结果:与对照组相比,治疗组上颌骨长度明显增加,前牙覆合覆盖正常,骨性Ⅲ类侧貌改变较明显。结论:铸造连冠式磁力功能矫治器对早期骨性Ⅲ类错合的矫治是有效的。 Objective: To study the effect of casting continuous crown magnetic orthodontic appliances on the early skeletal Class Ⅲ malocclusion. Methods: Sixteen patients (7 males and 9 females, aged 8-12 years, average 10.3 years old) were selected in the treatment group. All patients were treated with cast-crown magnetic force appliance for 5 to 8 months (mean 6.5 months). In the control group, 16 patients were selected for treatment, only mild type III surface and occlusal relationship type I, but not required for treatment and follow-up observation. Before and after the skull lateral film, comparative analysis. Results: Compared with the control group, the maxillary length of the treatment group was significantly increased, the coverage of the anterior teeth was normal, and the change of the bony type Ⅲ profile was obvious. CONCLUSION: The cast continuous magnetic force appliance is effective in the treatment of early stage skeletal Class Ⅲ malocclusion.
