多年来，我厂和北京探矿机械厂共同在XJ100—1型钻机上试验了用铁基粉末冶金含油轴套取代锡青铜滑动轴套。通过对典型零件的装车和野外钻探使用，其性能完全达到了青铜轴套的设计要求。随后我们即用铁基粉末冶金含油轴套全部取代了锡青铜轴套。
Over the years, I plant and Beijing Prospecting Machinery Factory jointly tested on the XJ100-1 rig with iron-based powder metallurgy oil sleeve instead of tin bronze sliding sleeve. Through the loading of typical parts and the use of field drilling, the performance meets the design requirements of bronze bushings. Then we replaced all the bronze bushings with iron-based powder metallurgy oil bushings.
