The inclusion complexes of a series of organometallic compound-cyclodextrin andaromatic compound-cyclodextrin have been studied by cyclic voltammetry using glassy carbon electrode.The variations of peak potential and peak current are showed on cyclic voltammogram when the eletroac-tive guest molecules are complexed by cyclodextrins.Dissociation constants of cyclodextrin in-clusion complexes have been calculated on the basis of this variation by both potential and currentmethods.According to the magnitude of dissociation constants the relationship between the stabilityof cyclodextrin inclusion complex and the degree of matching host molecule with guest moleculehas been discussed.
