目的传统方法制造的人工半膝关节存在个体匹配性、排异性及纯机械固定易松动等问题,为此设计基于快速原型(RP)的定制型人工半膝关节复合系统的制造方法.方法首先利用快速原型技术快速准确地制作出与人体半膝关节形状相匹配的人工植入体原型,然后分别运用钛合金离心铸造和生物材料烧结成型技术制作出人工金属半膝关节和胫骨近端活性人工骨.结果和结论利用快速原型技术制作出了人工半膝关节和胫骨近端活性人工骨.与传统植入体相比,该系统可实现人工半膝关节和对侧半膝关节面的匹配运动,而且功能孔和髓内钉的设计实现了植入体的生物固定和机械固定相结合,大段生物活性人工骨的复合促进了成骨生长,将排异反应减至最低.
