目的研究芦丁对小鼠力竭游泳时间及对力竭恢复小鼠血清生化指标的影响。方法对40只小鼠以不同剂量的芦丁灌胃12 d,进行一次性力竭游泳,恢复20 h后,用超微量微孔板分光光度计测定小鼠血清中丙氨酸氨基转移酶(ALT)、天门冬氨酸氨基转移酶(AST)的活性及丙二醛(MDA)、尿素氮(BUN)和血糖(SG)的含量,用聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳分析LDH同工酶。结果芦丁中剂量组能显著提高小鼠游泳至力竭的时间(P<0.05),显著降低血清中AST、ALT活性、LDH同工酶总活性以及MDA、BUN、SG浓度(P<0.05)。结论芦丁可提高小鼠的运动能力,促进运动性疲劳小鼠的恢复。
Objective To study the effect of rutin on exhaustive swimming time in mice and serum biochemical indexes in exhausted mice. Methods Forty mice were given gavage with different doses of rutin for 12 days. After exhaustive swimming for 20 days, the serum levels of alanine aminotransferase (ALT), aspartate aminotransferase (AST) and the contents of malondialdehyde (MDA), blood urea nitrogen (BUN) and blood glucose (SG) were measured. The LDH isoenzymes were analyzed by polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis. Results Rutin middle dose group could significantly improve the time from swimming to exhaustion (P <0.05), and significantly decrease the levels of AST, ALT, LDH isozymes and the concentrations of MDA, BUN and SG in serum (P <0.05) . Conclusion Rutin can improve the motor ability of mice and promote the recovery of exercise-induced fatigue mice.
