作者对吉林省内栽植的十一个山楂品种果实进行了氨基酸的分析。在测试的品种中含16种氨基酸和7种人体必需氨基酸。各品种间含氨基酸总量变化较大。同时每一品种所含各同种氨基酸高量与低量相比为1.2—5.0倍。各品种氨基酸含量除与本品种遗传特性有关外,同时与栽植地的立地环境有很大关系。同一品种与不同品种,在不同的立地环境栽植其氨基酸的量均有变化。
The author conducted an amino acid analysis of the fruits of 11 hawthorn varieties planted in Jilin province. The tested varieties contain 16 amino acids and 7 essential amino acids.
