目的 分析中国南方汉族人群HLA Cw座位基因多态性。方法 采用ARMS/PCR技术对 6 0名随机选择的南方汉族健康个体作HLA Cw基因分型。结果 共检出 12种HLA Cw等位基因或等位基因组 (allelegroup) ,其中HLA Cw 0 7、 0 1、 0 3为该人群最常见HLA Cw基因 ,频率之和为0 .6 932 ;证实该群体中HLA Cw 0 8频率为 0 .10 5 6 ,检出率明显高于血清学分型 ;检出HLA Cw 12 0 2、 12 0 3、 14、 15等 4种经典血清学分型不能鉴定的HLA Cw基因 ,频率之和为 0 .0 6 73。结论 提供了中国南方汉族人群HLA Cw座位基因频率正常值 ,证实ARMS/PCR作HLA Cw分型具有准确、快捷的优点
Objective To analyze the genetic polymorphism of HLA Cw locus in Han nationality in southern China. Methods HLA-Cw genotyping was performed using 60 ARMS / PCR techniques in randomly selected healthy Han Chinese individuals. Results A total of 12 HLA Cw alleles or alleles were detected. Among them HLA Cw 0 7, 0 1, 0 3 were the most common HLA Cw genes in this population with a frequency of 0.6932; The frequency of HLA Cw 0 8 in the population was 0.1065, and the detection rate was significantly higher than that of the serotypes. HLA Cw 12 0 2, 12 0 3, 14 15 were detected, which could not be identified by classical serotyping Cw gene, the sum of the frequencies is 0.06 73. CONCLUSIONS: HLA-Cw locus gene frequencies are normal in Chinese Han population in southern China. It is confirmed that ARMS / PCR has the advantages of accurate and rapid HLA Cw typing
