目前,世界范围内生产和应用装甲钢的国家较多,相比较而言,西方国家的装甲钢生产技术水平、装甲件质量及标准化程度较高,特别是美国装甲钢生产已形成一个完整的体系,装甲钢标准也较先进,其装甲钢板标准MIL-A-12560(G)《轧制均质装甲钢板》达到了世界先进水平,并已被很多西方国家所采用。GJB 3563—99《30CrNi2MnMoRE 轧制均质钢装甲件规范》就是在分析、总结、吸收我国装甲件30多年科研、生产、实践经验的基础上,参照采用了世界先进水平标准 MIL-A-12560(G)的部分内容编制而成的,该规范的制定,为我国装甲车辆用30CrNi2MnMoRE 均质钢装甲件提供了一套完整、科学的技术要求,其不仅可为目前装甲件的生产提供依据,而且将使装甲件标准体系尽快趋于完善。

It not only provides the basis for the current production of armored parts, but also The standardization of armored parts will be improved as soon as possible.
