随着我国经济发展水平的不断提高,市场经济空前繁荣,各中小企业如雨后春笋般纷纷涌现,市场竞争随之增大,企业为进一步提高竞争实力,纷纷加快人才培养,不断健全人力资源管理,对人力资源管理模式进行优化创新,实现人员的优化配置与应用,提升企业整体人力资源优势。基于此,分析知识创新企业人力资源管理模式的作用,并提出几点人力资源管理模式构建方法,以实现企业的可持续发展。
With the continuous improvement of China’s economic development level, the market economy is unprecedentedly prosperous, and various small and medium enterprises have mushroomed and market competition has increased. In order to further enhance their competitive strength, enterprises have been accelerating their personnel training and constantly improving their human resources management. Human resources management optimization and innovation to achieve the optimal allocation of personnel and applications to enhance the overall human resources business advantages. Based on this, the paper analyzes the function of human resource management mode of knowledge innovation enterprise and puts forward some methods to construct human resource management mode in order to realize the sustainable development of enterprises.
