本实验采用了银杏、湿地松的花粉、花药和茎尖组织为材料进行了氨基酸的测定、试图了解花粉、花药和茎尖组织的氨基酸种类和含量,以及这种存在状态与其生理功能,代谢活性和内源激素的产生是否有一定程度的相关。一、材料与方法 (一)试验材料用本校校园和林场内所栽植的银杏和湿地松花粉、花药和茎尖组织。 (二)方法 1.材料的前处理:花粉,将成花的枝条采回后在实验室中进行水培。开花后,把花粉粒进行收集,待进一步处理;花药,将花粉细胞为单核靠边期的花药取下后,在小烧杯内装入蒸馏水,然后用注射器内管轻压花药挤出花粉,将上述液体过筛,即得去掉花粉的花
