旋转冲击钻井法具有机械钻速高、使用钻铤少、防斜等优点,是攻克坚硬岩层(可钻性5 级以上岩石)的有效手段,其核心装置是液动冲击器。现设计针对深井(4 000~5 000 m )钻井需要而设计,具有较大的工程意义和经济价值。设计过程对国内外现有冲击器的优点进行了综合,重点在于阀、活塞、密封、喷嘴及砧子等零部件的设计,同时校核了螺纹强度、八方等;另外,在工艺方面,重要部位采用了激光熔覆技术,大大提高耐磨性。
