目的建立高效液相法测定四环素片含量的方法。方法采用phenomenex C18(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm)色谱柱,流动相为醋酸铵溶液一乙腈(83∶17);检测波长为280 nm,流速为1.0 mL/min,柱温为30℃。结果四环素在0.1~6μg范围内线性关系良好,r=0.9999,平均回收率为100.2%,RSD=1.4%(n=6)。结论该方法简便、准确、灵敏度高、重现性好,适用四环素片的质量控制。
Objective To establish a method for the determination of tetracycline content by high performance liquid chromatography. Methods Phenomenex C18 column (4.6 mm × 250 mm, 5 μm) was used. The mobile phase was ammonium acetate solution (83:17). The detection wavelength was 280 nm and the flow rate was 1.0 mL / min. The column temperature was 30 ℃. Results Tetracycline showed a good linearity in the range of 0.1-6 μg with r = 0.9999. The average recovery was 100.2% and RSD was 1.4% (n = 6). Conclusion The method is simple, accurate, sensitive and reproducible. It is suitable for the quality control of tetracycline tablets.
