采用自主研发的强制通风智能控制仪,分别对排风式和送风式的马铃薯贮藏窖进行强制通风管理,研究控制仪对不同通风方式马铃薯贮藏窖内温湿度的调控效果。结果表明,所有试验窖的薯堆外部平均温度比薯堆内部高1.5℃,窖外过道的平均温湿度比窖顶外部低0.6℃和5.2%,安装控制仪的两个贮藏窖内温度波动较小,自然通风的贮藏窖内温度波动较大;与自然通风的马铃薯贮藏窖相比,不论采用送风式还是排风式通风,安装控制仪的贮藏窖内温度都能够得到有效调控,其贮藏窖内的平均温度比自然通风贮藏窖低1.2℃,但是对贮藏窖内相对湿度的影响较小。因此,在马铃薯贮藏期间,控制适宜的通风时间非常重要,通过采用自主研发的控制仪就能够实现马铃薯贮藏期间通风管理的智能化,达到有效调控窖温的目的。
The self-developed forced ventilation intelligent controller was used to control the ventilation and air-supply of potato storage cellar respectively.
