目的:研究天麻钩藤饮口服缓释片中天麻素和松脂醇二葡萄糖苷的同步缓释性,为天麻钩藤饮的剂型改革提供实验依据。方法:采用转篮法进行体外溶出度的考察,HPLC测定天麻素及松脂醇二葡萄糖苷的含量,计算药效成分累积释药率,采用相似因子进行释放曲线相似性比较。结果:天麻钩藤饮口服缓释片中天麻素和松脂醇二葡萄糖苷在体外可持续释放12 h,且具有同步性。结论:天麻钩藤饮缓释片具有同步缓释的溶出特点,天麻素和松脂醇二葡萄糖苷的释放具有相似性。 OBJECTIVE: To study the simultaneous release of gastrodin and pinoresinol diglucoside in Tianma Gouteng Oral sustained-release tablets, and to provide an experimental basis for the reform of dosage form of Tianma Gouteng Yin. Methods: The dissolution rate in vitro was determined by spin basket method. The content of gastrodin and pinoresinol diglucoside was determined by HPLC. The cumulative drug release rate was calculated. Similarity was used to compare the similarity of release curve. Results: Gastrodin and pinoresinol diglucoside sustained release of Tianma Gouteng oral sustained-release tablets in vitro for 12 h, and with synchronization. CONCLUSION: Tianma Goutengyin Sustained-release Tablets has the characteristics of simultaneous release and dissolution. The release of gastrodin and pinoresinol diglucoside is similar.
