最近,国家经贸委资源节约综合利用司分别在北京和上海召开了全国设备管理工作座谈会,交流各地方、各部门1996年设备管理工作情况,研究和讨论1997年设备管理工作新思路。 北京会议1995年11月18日召开,国务院有关部委、局、总公司设备管理负责人及中设协负责人等30余人参加座谈会。 上海会议1995年12月17～18日召开,各省市经贸委(经委)设备管理负责人参加会议,中设协副秘书长崔建军、上海市经委副主任杨颖顺出席会议。参加会议的代表50余人。福建省、上海市、济南市、大连市、哈尔滨市、长春市及抚顺市经(贸)委和宝钢(集团)公司分别在会上发言。会议期间,组织了六个设备维修市场试点城市的工作座谈会,研究了下一步工作。 会议由国家经贸委资源节约综合利用司设备处处长
Recently, the Department of Resource Conservation and Comprehensive Utilization of the State Economic and Trade Commission held a national symposium on equipment management in Beijing and Shanghai respectively, exchanged information on the equipment management work of various localities and departments in 1996, and studied and discussed new ideas for equipment management in 1997. The Beijing conference was held on November 18, 1995. More than 30 people from the State Council, including ministries and commissions, the head of equipment management at the head office, and the head of the China Association for Design, attended the symposium. The Shanghai meeting was held from December 17 to 18, 1995. The heads of equipment management of the provincial and municipal economic and trade commissions (Economic Commission) attended the meeting. Cui Jianjun, deputy secretary general of the association, and Yang Yingshun, deputy director of the Shanghai Economic Commission attended the meeting. More than 50 representatives attended the conference. Fujian, Shanghai, Jinan, Dalian, Harbin, Changchun and Fushun City Economic and Trade Commission and Baosteel (Group) Company spoke at the meeting. During the conference, six work workshops for pilot cities in the equipment maintenance market were organized to study the next steps.
