循环经济,即生态经济.它是从改变传统经济“资源--产品--污染排放”式的单向流动,实现了“资源--产品--废物--再生资源--再生产品”的良性循环生产模式,使上一个产品的废弃物成为下一个产口的原料,整个生产过程没有废物排出,从源头上减少了污染物的产生和原材料的损失.
