设计了一种用于流通体系电解池 ,将恒电流电解法与流动注射技术相结合 ,在线定量产生不稳定化学发光试剂Mn(Ⅲ ) ,使其浓度和反应进度得以在线控制 ,并基于Mn(Ⅲ )能够氧化利血平产生化学发光 ,建立了电生Mn(Ⅲ )化学发光法测定利血平的新方法 .其线性范围为 1 .0× 1 0 -7~ 1 .0× 1 0 -4 g/mL ,相对标准偏差为 2 .3%(c=5 .0× 1 0 -6g/mL ,n =1 1 ) ,该方法可用于针剂中利血平含量的测定 .
A kind of electrolysis cell for circulation system was designed. By combining the galvanostatic electrolysis and flow injection, the unstable chemiluminescence reagent Mn (Ⅲ) was quantitatively generated online to control the concentration and the progress of the reaction online. Based on the results of Mn Ⅲ) was able to oxidize reserpine to produce chemiluminescence, and a new method was established for the determination of reserpine by electrogenerated Mn (Ⅲ) chemiluminescence.The linear range was 1.0 × 10 -7 ~ 1 .0 × 10 ~ 4 g / mL, the relative standard deviation was 2.3% (c = 5.0 × 10 -6 g / mL, n = 11). This method can be used to determine the content of reserpine in the injection.
