基于制造业129家上市公司2004~2013年面板数据,实证检验网络成员多样性、网络关系强度对二元式创新的影响。研究表明:网络成员多样性、网络关系强度与利用式创新、探索式创新均呈倒U型关系,网络成员多样性的提升将先抑制利用式创新,再抑制探索式创新,而网络关系强度的提升则先抑制探索式创新,再抑制利用式创新。网络关系强度正向调节网络成员多样性与利用式创新的关系,而对网络成员多样性与探索式创新关系的负向调节作用则不显著。
Based on the panel data of 129 listed companies in manufacturing from 2004 to 2013, this paper empirically tests the influence of diversity of network members and the strength of network relationship on dual innovation. The research shows that the diversity of network members, the strength of network relations, explorative innovations and exploratory innovations all show an inverted U-shaped relationship. The enhancement of the diversity of network members will first inhibit exploitative innovations and then inhibit exploratory innovations while the strength of network relations Ascension is to inhibit the exploration of innovation, and then inhibit the use of innovation. The strength of network relationship positively adjusts the relationship between the diversity of network members and utilization innovation, while the negative adjustment effect on the relationship between network diversity and exploration innovation is not significant.
