美国教育质量改革始终以“建立优质教育,提高教育质量”为主要目标。从20世纪80年代开始,美国教育质量管理体系逐步形成了弱模式、重标准;弱管理、重服务;弱结果、重过程等鲜明特点。中国高等职业教育面临新变化和新变革,借鉴美国教育质量管理体系的有益经验,可以进一步推动和引领中国高等职业教育改革。
The reform of educational quality in the United States has always been based on the principle of “establishing quality education and improving the quality of education”. From the 1980s onwards, the American education quality management system gradually formed a weak model, focusing on standards; weak management, heavy service, weak results, heavy processes and other distinctive features. China’s higher vocational education is facing new changes and new changes. Learning from the useful experience of the American education quality management system, China’s higher vocational education can further promote and lead the reform of higher vocational education in China.
