目的探讨柳州市特发性矮小症(ISS)瑶族学龄儿童血清中25羟维生素D[25(OH)D]、胰岛素样生长因子-1(IGF-1)水平与体格发育指标的相关性。方法以2011年4月—2015年12月期间在柳州市妇幼保健院儿童保健科生长发育专科诊治的特发性矮小症(ISS)瑶族患儿115名为ISS组,身高正常的104名瑶族儿童为对照组,测量两组儿童的身高和体重,计算体质指数(BMI),分别测定两组儿童血清中25(OH)D及IGF-1水平并进行统计学分析。结果对照组儿童血清中25(OH)D、IGF-1水平分别为(32.84±11.26)ng/ml、(309.33±170.52)ng/ml,显著高于ISS组的(24.95±9.34)ng/ml、(237.162±137.33)ng/ml,两组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);ISS组儿童身高与血清中25(OH)D、IGF-1水平存在正相关关系(r=0.384,r=0.526,P<0.05);ISS组儿童体重与血清25(OH)D、IGF-1水平存在正相关关系(r=0.342,r=0.624,P<0.05)。结论 ISS患儿身高和体重与血清中25(OH)D、IGF-1水平存在正相关关系,25(OH)D、IGF-1水平在ISS的发病中可能发挥着重要的作用。
Objective To investigate the correlation between serum 25-hydroxyvitamin D [25 (OH) D], insulin-like growth factor-1 (IGF-1) and physical development in Yao school-age children with idiopathic short stature (ISS) in Liuzhou. Methods One hundred and seventy-one children with idiopathic short stature (ISS) Yao from November 2011 to December 2015 were enrolled in ISS group and 104 normal Yao children As the control group. The height and weight of the two groups of children were measured. Body mass index (BMI) was calculated. The levels of 25 (OH) D and IGF-1 in the two groups were measured and statistically analyzed. Results The serum levels of 25 (OH) D and IGF-1 in the control group were (32.84 ± 11.26) ng / ml and (309.33 ± 170.52) ng / ml, significantly higher than those in the ISS group (24.95 ± 9.34 ng / ml , (237.162 ± 137.33) ng / ml, there was a significant difference between the two groups (P <0.01). There was a positive correlation between height and serum 25 (OH) D and IGF- r = 0.526, P <0.05). There was a positive correlation between body weight and serum 25 (OH) D and IGF-1 levels in ISS group (r = 0.342, r = 0.624, P <0.05). Conclusions There is a positive correlation between the serum level of 25 (OH) D and IGF-1 in children with ISS. The levels of 25 (OH) D and IGF-1 may play an important role in the pathogenesis of ISS.
